- Free Clinic initiatives
- P2p annual recognition award for outstanding Higher institution students (Medical Students)
- P2P trip scholarship for college students
- Annual recognition award
- Scholarship for North American Medical students
- Medical Book donation
- Black Lion Hospital Computer Network and Maintenance Project
- Donation of different materials to institutions
- Donation of EEG Machine to the Ethiopian Air Lines clinic which is estimated to USD 80,000.00
- Organizing different workshops and conference like the conference of the Diaspora
- "Horn of Africa Journal of AIDS" publication, submissions welcome --ongoing
- Maintains an On-line worldwide discussion Forum @: P2P Yahoo List Serve Forum and Chat
- Care and support for 429 AIDS orphans recruited from the community Associations of People living with HIV/AIDS
- Care and support for 200 People living with HIV/AIDS in Amhara and Oromia regions
- HIV/AIDS prevention projects in Amhara and Oromia regions (which covers about 500,000 community members)
- HIV/AIDS prevention in the farming community, among high school students, and the general public
- Door to door HIV/AIDS education for house wives, etc
- Home Base Care and Hospice Care trainings for trainers
